Grady White Voyager 248, boat

*1999 Grady White 248 Voyager with Salt Water Series Yamaha 2 stroke*2nd Owner. Purchased at Boat's Inc. in Waterford, CT.Vessel is in good shape for her age. Boat has been in storage for over 5 years. The boat was serviced at the end of last summer prior for being offered for sale since the boat had been sitting for a long time. Low hours on motors. No hour meter on boat or motor so exact hours are unknown. Estimated usage is about [removed phone] hours. Boat is in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Boat comes with trailer. Trailer was used to move boat about 10 times and remainder of time held the vessel during storage. Lower unit was replaced with a complete new lower drive unit after it was damaged while boat was in storage. The power head and entire engine was gone through (not rebuild just serviced and made ready for sale to ensure that there were no issues) at the end of June 2014 by a local outboard mechanic shop. All receipts for work are available. The boat is clean, safe, fast and economical to operate. The vessel has NO: soft spots, rot, stains, smells, damage, etc. usually found on a "fishing boat" - this vessel is very clean with light use, maintained, serviced and now ready for a new owner. The vessel is NOT NEW and has some age wear: ?Canvas is in good condition where zippers work, canvas is whole but there is a tear in one of the plastic windows. Cabin cushions are in "like new" shape and stored indoors. Exterior cushions are in good condition. ?Gel coat is in good condition but there are a few minor surface spider cracks.?No toilet on vessel. Original Portopotti was discarded.
