AQUARIUS is in EXCELLENT condition. She features the most popular galley up three stateroom layout two full heads with separate stall showers Long life 275HP Caterpillars totally serviced up to date late 2010 a nearly new hard bottom tender and Nautical Structures custom dinghy davit and much more. Her teak decks were removed and non skid was put down several years ago and was just repainted in late 2010. AQUARIUS is one of the finest Grand Banks 49s on the market.
Accommodations
PRELIMINARY LISTINGAQUARIUS features 3 staterooms and 2 heads with a galley-up layout. Master stateroom with ensuite bath is aft and 2 guest staterooms and 1 head are forward. Large galley/salon area with lower helm. Wood parquet flooring throughout.
Salon
The entrance to the large salon is via port and starboard doors. The galley is located on the port side with a straight settee aft. Next to the settee is a set of storage drawers. Opposite to starboard is a large L-shaped settee and table. Ample storage is found below each settee. Forward of the starboard settee is a wetbar and U-Line icemaker. The lower helm is located forward of the wetbar. New in 2010 is a Marine Air programmable air conditioning and dehumidifying system. Galley
Opposite the lower helm is the L-shaped Galley with a Force 10 stove with oven large sink and spacious countertop. There is a large refrigerator with separate freezer. Master Stateroom
The spacious Master Stateroom is aft and features a king-size berth spacious hanging locker and an abundance of storage drawers. There is an ensuite head with separate stall shower on the forward side of the stateroom. There is an opening hatch that leads to the aft deck located on the port side of the room. A custom awning over this hatch protects it from the elements and allows one to leave it open in adverse weather conditions. New LCD TV (2010)
Forward Guest Stateroom
The Forward Guest Stateroom has a large V-berth with storage drawers underneath. There is a spacious hanging locker on the port side and additional storage drawers on the starboard side. One ofthe drawers can be converted to a desk.
Starboard Guest Stateroom
The Starboard Guest Stateroom has two separate bunks athwartship. Each bunk has ample storagedrawers below. Large hanging locker between the bunks.
Guest Head
The Guest Head is located portside opposite the Starboard Guest Stateroom and features a sink with vanity head and separate stall shower.
